Summer is here and what a great chance to make some of my favorite summer dishes from different areas of Italy. I personally can't wait to cook for this supper club. Here it is a sample menu, I might change few things, it all depends on my mood! 


Focaccia barese

Fresh Burrata with roasted tomatoes and pistacchio pesto

Culatello con Insalata di Fichi e pane 

Carpaccio di manzo (beef carpaccio with lemon, evo and shaved parmigiano) 

Trota agli agrumi (trout with lemon and oranges) 


Spaghetti al Limone 

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (homemade gnocchi baked with Buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomatoes) 


CHARCOAL grilled La Fiorentina drizzled with olive oil  and sprinkled with with Mediterranean Sea Salt

Grilled Zucchini with mint Grilled Asparagus with lemon  

Green Salad

Crema al Mascarpone with fresh berries 

Caffe' Freddo (cold expresso)


Guests bring their own wine selection. 


Please arrive hungry and wear comfortable clothing.
