Massimo is an Italian chef, teacher, and culinary-tour guide whose supper club has long been one of Toronto’s favourite feasts. Famous for quality, authenticity and large portions, guests are cheerfully advised to “wear loose clothing” for the event.

Melissa is a fitness guru: athlete, nutritionist, personal trainer, holistic wellness practitioner. For more than a decade she has inspired followers to transform their lives by making it fun and affordable to exercise and eat healthy.  

So what happens when this unlikely pair comes together? Welcome to the first ever “Fitlicious Supper Club.”

Inspired by Melissa's "Fitlicious" approach to nutrition, Massimo has created his own menu salutare (healthy menu) - an evening full of delicious, authentically Italian dishes that won't compromise your fitness regime.  

Please note this is a BYOB (bring your own wine) event. 




Involtini di Bresaola (lean cured beef rolls stuffed with arugula)

Gluten Free Focaccia Barese  

Insalata di Arance e Barbabietole (orange, beet and red onion salad, with a citrus olive oil dressing)

Lenticchie Piccanti (spicy Sicilian lentils with shallots, parsley and cherry tomatoes)

Carpaccio di Polpo (octopus carpaccio)

Involtini di Tonno (sushi-grade tuna rolls with capers, olives, basil and tomatoes)


Pizzoccheri con Ceci (homemade bulkwheat fettuccine with chickpeas)

Spaghetti di Zucchine (zucchini spaghetti with pistachio pesto and tomatoes)


Pesce al Sale (sea salt crusted branzino)

Coniglio al Forno (deboned rabbit stuffed with frittata, spinach, porcini mushroom on potatoes)

 Grilled Zucchini and Asparagus (with mint and lemon)

Insalata verde (green salad) 


Flourless dark chocolate soufflé

A Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir would pair nicely with this menu.
