Tuscany is famous for its incredible cucina povera – simple, hearty, flavourful dishes perfect for this time of year.
Tonight we will enjoy some classic dishes like stracotto al Chianti (beef braised in Chianti wine) and panzanella salad, and some lesser know ones like gnudi and calamari in zimino.
