The Mediterranean diet is considered one of the most complete and balanced in the world. We use a lot of olive oil, fish, legumes and vegetables that are as good for your health as they are for your taste buds! This evening I'm going to share some of my favourite dishes from Southern Italy, where most of the country's olive oil is produced.

Crema di ricotta alle fragole (ricotta cream with strawberry)
