(SOLD OUT) Tastes of South Mediterranean

The Mediterranean diet is considered one of the most complete and balanced in the world. We use a lot of olive oil, fish, legumes and vegetables that are as good for your health as they are for your taste buds! This evening I'm going to share some of my favourite dishes from Southern Italy, where most of the country's olive oil is produced. 

Here it is a sample menu: 

Focaccia di patate (homemade potato focaccia with olive oil and olives

Involtini di tonno alla catanese (raw tuna rolls stuffed with tomatoes, olives and capers)

Parmigiana di zucchine (flourless zucchini parmigiana with buffalo mozzarella)

Handmade pappardelle with white fava pure'

Filetto di spigola al forno (baked euro sea bass with sundried tomatoes, parsley, olive oil and white wine)

Crema di ricotta alle fragole (ricotta cream with strawberry)
