Sicily is one of my favorite region to cook, the cuisine is influenced from north African, Arabs, Spanish, French, Greek and so much more. Sicily is one of the biggest mediterranean island and fish plays a big influence, from anchovies to swordfish and tuna and many others varieties.
I'm not going to say much more other wise I will have nothing to say at my introduction for the night ;-). Make sure you don't eat for 2 days prior to the event.
