Chef Massimo Bruno and one of the best Sommeliers of Canada, Zoltan Szabo together with 3 Amici Imports are going to host a nice and intimate supper club with wine pairings to highlight some of the best dishes and wines from Italy. Little bit about the host of the night:
Zoltan Szabo is one of the most recognizable personalities of the Canadian Sommelier scene. For over twenty years in the industry and three continents – wide resume, he has garnered international recognition. Clients include the Tokaj Renaissance, Wine Council of Ontario, Skyline Boutique Hotels & Resorts and Trump International Hotel. With TV, radio and video blog appearances by the dozen throughout the years, Szabo had become a mainstay character of the global wine trade. He consults, writes, educates and judges for some of the most elite organizations, competitions and media forums and is a member of the Canadian Wine Writers’ Circle.
Local chef, Massimo Bruno hails from South Italy and shares his southern Italian approach to cooking at his private kitchen studio in downtown Toronto. Whether he is chefing at one of his many clients’ special events, or serving supper in his studio, you can bet on one sure thing: a lengthy sumptuous and authentic Italian feast that fills both body and soul.
