Sicilian cuisine is one of my favourites to cook because of its many influences – Spanish, French, Greek, Middle Eastern, African and more!
Sicily is the Mediterranean’s biggest island, famous for its great fish and seafood … not to mention its oranges, pistachios, arancini, caponata, cannoli!
