How it started ...

The Massimo Bruno Kitchen Studio was founded - almost by accident - back in 2005. Massimo was missing Italy, so he decided to start doing culinary tours of his home region of Puglia to spend more time there. To promote the tour he began hosting an Italian Supper Club so he could tell people about the region and share its great food. But the events were so popular ... he just kept on going! 

Today Massimo's supper clubs, cooking classes, private events and online recipes showcase the diverse cuisine of Italy's many regions, from the toe to the heel of the peninsula. His annual trip to Puglia is more popular than ever and he's just announced a second tour destination to be offered in 2018: Sicily!
